TunerSleep is a sleep aid and relaxation app. It is not a medical device. We built it so you don't have to share anything personal to use it. Here's exactly what that means.
No account, ever
You don't sign up, log in, or give us your email. We don't know who you are — and that's by design.
Your data stays on your phone
Your tinnitus pitch, sound preferences, timers, and sleep stats are saved only on your device. They never leave your phone and we never see them.
We don't record audio
TunerSleep plays sound — it doesn't listen. The microphone is never used. You find your tinnitus pitch by tapping, not by recording.
No health data
We don't read or write to Apple Health or any health platform. We don't collect any medical or biometric information.
No analytics, no ads, no tracking
There are no third-party SDKs, no advertising, and nothing tracking you across apps or websites.
Children
TunerSleep is not designed for children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect any data from them.
Changes
If we ever update this policy, the latest version will live here and inside the app.
